In 2007, the U.S economy began to faultier; Marques then began creating financial contingency plans for new and existing clients. Negotiating with banks to save the home of his clients, or providing financial advice to those in need, became the most desired service in the industry. He soon began constructing hard money loans for clients that owned commercial real estate.
